Refund policy

Five Locs accepts returns of unworn and unwashed items with tags for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment. Price adjustments for Sale items can be made within 7 days of the order date. Please complete the attached Return Form to ensure the prompt and efficient processing of your return. Returns are processed within 24 hours. Please send in your return to the address below.

If you are exchanging an item, please include $5 for return shipping (cash, check or money order!). If you are returning an item for a refund, please do not send $5 for return shipping.
